PCB Design Challenge :

· High PCB layout density, small PCB layout area

· High speed signal bus, clock

· HDMI interface, RJ45 interface, USB2.0 interface, SATA interface and TV out.

· Need to pass the EMC and ESD class B

 

TopLayout Solution:

The TopLayout team help to review the system design, calculate the important signals' trace width, length and spacing. The EMI/ESD expert was arranged to review the PCB design.

Finally the PCB layout was finished on schedule, and it was reduced the number of layers within the board, this can help customer to reduce production costs. This project was passed the EMI test and ESD class B test, all important signals quality accord with the customer's requirements.
