PCB Design Challenge :

· 5V,3.3V,2.5V,1.8V,1.2V power system

· Imax up to 10A

· System clock frequency up to 300MHz

· Ddifferential input with 650 Mhz bandwidth

· DDR II memory bus

· ADC module and DAC module

· RF ground plane

· BGA: maximum pin number is 668pin, minimal pin pitch is 0.65mm,

· 8 layers PCB stack-up, can't use the buried/blind via .

 

 

TopLayout Solution:

The TopLayout team investigated the details of the current case with customer's system design engineer, and then calculate the important signals' trace width, length and spacing. After the PCB constraints were settiing up. 3~4 PCB engineers were arranged to design the PCB at the same time.

Finally the PCB layout schedule was finished ahead of time. And all important signals quality accord with the customer's requirements.
