TopLayout Solution:

The TopLayout team investigated the details of the current case with customer's system design engineer, thermal engineer and mechanical engineer,found out a PCB design placement which can match the thermal, DFM and special housing requirements, and then calculate the important signals' trace width, length and spacing. After the PCB constraints were settiing up. 4 PCB engineers were arranged to design the PCB at the same time.

Finally the PCB layout schedule was delayed 2days.This project was passed the thermal test and DFM test, all important signals quality accord with the customer's requirements.
